During the earthly ministry of Jesus, He made a profound statement relative to what a man says with his mouth that proceeds from his heart. Jesus said,
“…Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done (Mk. 11:23).
In essence, Jesus meant “Whosoever keeps saying something and believes what he says in his heart, sooner or later, that fellow will see a physical manifestation of what he says.” This statement from the lips of Jesus applies to both believers in Christ and unbelievers alike.
Saying it in the words of Rev Kenneth E. Hagin of blessed memory, “Positive or negative, you will have what you say!”
Instead of just allowing your life to drift by, why not take charge and be in charge of your destiny through your spoken words? Don’t just allow life to happen to you. Create what you want instead!

Whether or not you like it, you must realise that you are where you are today because of what you believed and said in the past. And you can only go as far as your words can take you. Your words set the boundaries of your life, so you must choose to speak words that will take you as far as you want to go in life.
